Welcome back!
As many of you requested, you don’t want to wait too long between emails, so we’re gradually increasing the frequency.
Don’t worry, we’re not here to spam you. We’re sticking to our commitment: every newsletter will only go out if it contains truly game-changing information.
Today’s edition covers:
How to turn OpenAI Operator into your sales agent
How to run your own AI agent (for free)
Make money with ChatGPT’s new feature
How to use Deepseek without China taking your data
🧾 How to turn OpenAI Operator into your sales agent
You’ve probably heard about OpenAI’s latest feature, Operator—but if not, here’s a quick breakdown:
Operator is OpenAI's new AI agent that autonomously takes action across the web on your behalf.
Unlike regular ChatGPT, it can control your browser and perform tasks like:
Ordering dinner ingredients based on a picture and a recipe
Planning a weekend trip using hidden gems from Reddit, tailored to your budget and interests
Booking flights for you
Cool features, but how can you actually use it to make money?
We wanted to see how effective it really is—and luckily, our friends at The Neuron put it to the test.
For business owners, especially those in sales, this could be a game-changer. We all know the sales process can be painful.
The Neuron tested Operator on real sales workflows, and here’s what stood out:
Best Uses for Sales Teams:
✅ Competitive Analysis – Great for pricing and feature comparisons
✅ Lead Research – Efficient at gathering company details and decision-makers
✅ Sales Collateral Prep – Summarizes case studies and key results
✅ Market Intelligence – Tracks industry updates from public sources
✅ Meeting Scheduling – Finds available time slots across multiple contacts
Most impressive feature? Competitive pricing research. Operator systematically collected pricing info, hit roadblocks, asked for help, then continued—just like a human.
What It’s NOT Great For:
❌ Bulk lead prospecting – Too slow
❌ Sales email writing – Other AI tools do this better
❌ CRM updates – Requires too much manual verification
❌ Event follow-ups – Not fast enough for large lists
❌ Sales territory mapping – Too many manual steps
Bottom line: It’s powerful, but it still has limitations. It’s worth testing, but not yet a full replacement for manual research.
Want to take it a step further?
Beyond tools like Operator, AI-powered call centers are transforming how businesses handle customer interactions. Instead of hiring large teams, companies are now deploying AI agents that can:
Qualify leads – AI can handle initial screening and route high-value prospects to human sales reps
Answer FAQs – Reduces workload by handling repetitive customer inquiries
Follow up on leads – Automates check-ins and reminders to improve conversion rates
Handle customer support – AI voice agents can resolve common issues without human intervention
AI call centers aren’t perfect yet, but businesses using them are already cutting costs and closing more deals with 24/7 automated support.
💰 Don’t Want to Pay $200/Month for Operator?
We’ve Got You.
Operator is powerful, but at $200/month…. that’s not cheap.
Good news, we found a free alternative.
You’ll need some basic tech knowledge, but if you follow this guide, you’ll be able to set it up and run AI-powered browser automation on your own computer—without the hefty subscription fees.

With this tutorial, you can run a powerful AI browser automation tool on your computer that can control web browsers and perform tasks autonomously without paying for expensive subscriptions like ChatGPT’s $200/month plan.
How to Set Up Your Own AI Browser Assistant (for Free)
1️⃣ Download Ollama and install a language model (e.g., Deepseek).
2️⃣ Clone the interface repository using git clone
– [GitHub link here].
3️⃣ Launch the interface, configure your AI assistant, and start automating web tasks.
4️⃣ Start with simple tasks to understand its capabilities before scaling up to more complex automations.
With this setup, you’ll have a powerful AI automation tool running locally, without paying for ChatGPT’s Operator plan.
💰 Maybe Operator Can’t Help Your Business,
But ChatGPT “Tasks” Can
If you missed it, this is another one of ChatGPT’s new features.
ChatGPT’s new Tasks feature has unlocked many incredible use cases. It allows you to set up recurring actions and tasks, essentially giving you an AI agent that works for you in the background.
Here are some cool ideas you can use it for:
Get global news updates every day at 9 AM
Every Friday, suggest weekend activities based on weather and events in town
Get daily stock market analysis and key metrics before the market opens
Here’s how to get it to run competitor analysis for your business:
Go to ChatGPT and sign in with your account.
Click on the model dropdown menu at the top and select ‘ChatGPT-4o with Scheduled Tasks’ from the menu.
Enter your prompt to schedule a task and press enter.
For the prompt below, turn on the ‘Search Web’ option at the bottom of the prompt box to get the best results.
Sample Prompt:
"Create a task to check the content on this competitor’s page [insert competitor’s page URL] every day at [enter time]. Notify me of any content changes compared to the previous day and how it compares to the content on our company page here [insert your company page URL]. Also, provide SEO recommendations on how to optimize our content to compete with [enter competitor’s name].”
You can add multiple competitors and see the scheduled task list by clicking on ‘View all tasks.’
ChatGPT will automatically monitor your competitors and remind you at the scheduled time.
🇨🇳 How to use Deepseek offline so no one can collect your data
China’s latest AI model is as powerful as ChatGPT—but with some key differences.
Interesting Points:
🇺🇸 OpenAI:
- 10 years old
- 4,500 employees
- raised $6.6 billion
🇨🇳 DeepSeek
- Less than 2 years old
- 200 employees
- less than $10 million capital used
Many people are concerned about their data being sent to China, but there’s a way around this. You can run the model locally on your computer.
Plus, using DeepSeek locally comes with additional benefits, including:
Privacy & Security – No external data sharing
Cost Savings – No expensive API fees
Full Control & Customization – Adjust it to fit your needs
Avoid Cloud Service Limitations – Run models without restrictions

How to Run DeepSeek Locally:
Go to LM Studio, select your operating system, and download it.
Now, open LM Studio and go to the ‘Discover’ tab.
Find ‘DeepSeek R1 Distill QU 7B’ or ‘DeepSeek R1 D Llama’ and download it.
Once downloaded, find it under ‘My Models’ and select the ‘DeepSeek R1 model’
Click ‘New Chat’, type or paste your prompt, and click Send.
Wait for a response (model will show detailed reasoning).
