The 10 Most Unique ChatGPT Prompts I’ve Ever Used

Copy and paste these prompts to change your life

If you’re anything like us, you’ve been using ChatGPT almost every day.

And somewhere along the way, you start to notice something.

Most people are using it the same way they use a calculator.
Straightforward. Task-based. One-dimensional.

Write this email. Summarise that blog. Give me 10 ideas for Instagram.
That’s fine. It works. But it barely touches what this thing is capable of.

Because when you look a little closer, AI isn’t just a tool for saving time.
It’s a mirror. It reflects how you think.
And if you ask it the right things, it pushes you to think clearer, plan better, and create things you didn’t know you were capable of.

That’s what these prompts are about.

They’re not about speed. They’re about leverage.
They help you make harder decisions. Build smarter systems. Imagine bigger futures.

And the best part is, anyone can use them.
You just have to know what to ask.

So here are 10 of the most useful, creative, mind-expanding prompts I’ve found.
They’re a bit weird, a bit nerdy, and they might genuinely change how you use ChatGPT.

Let’s get into it.

1. Build me a second brain in Notion

“You are a productivity architect. Based on the PARA method and Zettelkasten, build me a second brain system in Notion using my workflow: I consume content via YouTube and Twitter, take messy notes, and forget to revisit them. Create a system that automates knowledge resurfacing and helps me think in public.”

Why use it?
This prompt gets ChatGPT to act like a systems designer. Instead of a to-do list, you’ll get an entire workflow tailored to how your brain already works which is ideal for content creators, entrepreneurs, or lifelong learners.

2. Turn my daily routine into a business

Analyze my daily routine and hobbies (here they are: [insert your daily schedule and interests]). Identify 3 unconventional ways I could turn these into a monetizable business using current AI tools, trends, and niche communities.

Why use it?
You don’t need to start from scratch to start a business. ChatGPT can reverse-engineer your lifestyle and find ways to monetize what you're already doing.. especially useful with today's micro-niche tools and platforms.

3. Action plan > summary

“You are an elite knowledge distiller. I just finished reading [Insert Book Title]. Don’t summarize it. Give me a 3-minute action plan based on the book’s core ideas. Only include what I should actually do.”

Why use it?
Summaries are nice. But action plans change your life. This prompt cuts through the fluff and helps you apply big ideas right away.

4. Simulate my future

“Simulate my life over the next 10 years. I’ll give you a decision I’m thinking about (e.g., quitting my job, moving cities). Show me two timelines: one where I do it, one where I don’t. Include likely outcomes, regrets, and emotional states.”

Why use it?
It’s time to admit it.. ChatGPT knows more about you than you think. Let’s at least take advantage of that. This is a ‘mind expanding’ use case. You’ll get a simulated version of your future that helps you see beyond emotion and bias, especially helpful when making hard calls.

5. Decode confusing people

“Someone in my life is acting confusing (here’s what they did: [insert situation]). Use game theory and psychology to explain their possible motives and how I should respond.”

Why use it?
If you've ever thought “why would they do that?” then this helps. ChatGPT can break down human behavior through the lens of psychology and strategy.

6. Invent a product that could make me $10K/month

“You are a product idea machine. Based on current Reddit trends and underserved niches, invent a product I could sell to make $10K/month with minimal overhead.”

Why use it?
You get original, validated business ideas based on real demand. Especially good if you want to build something lean, and fast.

7. Turn my lif into a video game

“I want to learn [insert topic], but I get bored easily. Turn the learning process into a game with levels, rewards, and checkpoints. Break it down over 30 days.”

Why use it?
If you’re apart of Gen Z, I’d guess your attention span is dropping by the day XD. Gamifying learning works. This prompt helps you stay engaged by turning your progress into something visual, tangible, and fun.

8. Help me build a new friend group

“I just moved to a new city. Design a 30-day plan to build a high-value social circle using behavioral psychology. Include conversation openers, rituals, and systems that help build real connection.”

Why use it?
Loneliness is at an all-time high. This gives you a structured, psychology based game plan to make friends and build real community, fast.

9. Write me a time capsule for 2030

“Write a letter I can send to myself in 2030. Summarize where I’m at now, what I’m worried about, what I hope for, and how far I want to go. Make it honest and emotional.”

Why use it?
You’ll get a powerful emotional snapshot of who you are right now. Perfect to send via futureme.org or just save in your notes for later reflection.

10. Show me a day in my dream life

“Based on these goals: [insert goals], write a fictional day in my life 5 years from now. Make it hyper-realistic — everything from my morning routine to how I wind down at night.”

Why use it?
This isn’t manifestation fluff. It helps you visualize your future with real detail, which makes it easier to reverse engineer and work backwards.

You don’t need to use all of these. Even trying one could change how you use ChatGPT ..or how you think.

Remember: these tools aren’t here to replace your brain. They’re here to amplify it.

So stop asking AI to just “summarize this blog post” and start asking it to do what it’s really good at… simulating, distilling, designing, and strategizing.

Catch you next time,
Louis & Ivan
